We accept returns for any reason within 7 days of receipt of items.
(In case of returning please send an e-mail to with the return reasons and your order number)

Please return the product to the following address: Christina Seewald, Schönbrunnerstraße 95/11, 1070 Vienna, Austria.

As soon as we receive the returned product from you, we will do the retransfer of its costs. We will not bear the shipping-costs of the returned product, except the product is in any way faulty or does not conform to the placed order. In that case you have the right to choose a similar product in exchange or we will gladly refund the purchase price paid, the return shipping cost; any customs, duties and goods taxes (upon proof of payment i.e. a receipt), plus the original shipping costs.

Likewise, no good will be taken back if it shows signs of damage or interference, such as:
– Natural wear and tear
– Events out of our control e.g. natural disasters
– Signs of improper use- Interference by the customer or a third person
– Extreme use or extreme influence by the customer

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

defective products

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Civil Act you are entitled to complain about defective products within one year. However, you must always notify Christina Seewald® within a reasonable time (i.e. one week after receipt of items) after you have detected that the products are defective. If Christina Seewald® considers the products to be defective, Christina Seewald® will make a full refund including shipping costs.
